"If you would have asked me 10 years ago where I would be, I would not have told you my current situation. Never in a million years did I think I would ever had crossed over the 200-pound mark and stayed there for as long as I did. I met Katherine years ago and have always admired her work with and for her body. I watched from a distance and made sure to always keep in touch with her. "Oh where to start? I joined with Katherine in December, I was tired of trying every fad diet out there! Iā€™m in a period of my life where hormones have taken over my body and what used to be easy to get off an extra few pounds has now turned into a struggle. I was praying for something I could do that would work, and low and behold Katherine popped up on my feed with this group.
